What Does this Hematology Test Result Mean?

Hi, my wife just got a lab test, blood work that she does routinely for her Rheumatologist. (She has Fibromyalgia, and was also tested positive for chronic lyme. The hematology report came back: MCV 95 H and Calcium 10.5 H the paperwork came back with an additional lab test, fasting, DX: hypercalcemia; test is Intact PTH + Calcium She s really nervous, and won t be able to talk to her doctor about this until Monday. Any thoughts ?

Based on the reports and query, my opinion is
1. Calcium level is in the normal range, to be precise on the higher side of normal.
2. It would be of concern if her levels crossed 12 as symptoms of hypercalcemia appear when the levels are 12 or more.
3. For now, it is not of concern.
4. MCV is also in the normal range.
